In light of Breast Cancer Awareness month, Caroline talked about infrared thermal imaging in lieu of mammograms. This non-invasive test can detect hot spots and precancer areas years before a mammogram.

Body Dialoging – Sept 27 Replay
We started with setting the pace… the pace of healing and setting expectations and setting the pace for our life.
Next we ventured down a path of physical ailments letting the body show us what is up and then working with past events to re-pattern them into health and wholeness.
We finished up with identifying a belief related to a physical trauma and again re-patterned a past event. Creating a new vibrational blueprint (a new energy signature that that body can NOW use instead of the previous trauma pattern).
It was a powerful day of shifting and healing.

This time we explored the caring vs. non caring mind. It was an amazing experience of seeing and experiencing the extreme opposites of ourselves that actually lead us into a place of middle keeping our attention on the extremes to discover the “middle way”
We also explored using the emotions through the left side of the triangle of the human self. Using the emotions to fully feel them and “burn through” the emotions that leads to the more transcendent self.
