Tonight, we heard the wonderful story of how Mark came into the whole sound healing arena. We learned that while playing at a wellness center, he was approached by an audience member who told him that she could hear “the tones in his music.

Amethyst talked about how working with sound breaks up areas that are dense or stuck. That using sound clears that space and attunes it to a certain vibrational frequency with intention. When we do this, we’re sound smudging the space. A smudge is when we use a sacred plant or tool to clear a space.

Right off the bat, John talked about his views on dissonance or “bad” sound, and his analogy was spot on. He sees “bad” sound as being that dandelion in one’s yard. Some may see it as a weed, while another will see it as a healing herb.

What a wonderful way to start off this amazing week, and we learned so much about sound and how it affects us… the good and the “ugly”.

We learned that sound is direct; it goes right to the part of us that needs healing. For example, if we hear laughter, then we know that is a sound of harmony. If we hear crying, then we know that is a sound of imbalance.

Body Dialoging – February 20 Replay

Lovely and compelling session today.

We played with the notion of evil and lower vibrating energies and how they are actually a catalyst for good for us… so we allways have the advantage because we have choice to use that energy.

We took that to the next level with the first session where we allowed a shift from lower vibrating energy to release it into source energy. AND then we got to experience what PLAY is. To use our life and the experimentation with energy and dissonance to create play.

We finished with a re-patterning to reveal the power of our lives too be a do something wonderful right now. Re-writing the past into a foundation of power for now.
