We played with separation and betrayal today. AND boy did we go deep… WOO HOO We went to places of betrayal and discovered the light and unconditional love that we are. We discovered that we aren’t broken and really don’t have any obstacles in our lives… just life in our lives. Many moments of contrast and dissonance that create new patterns of awakening and evolvement….

Ned said we should spend 15 minutes a day reflecting on how that day went and then reflect on how we want our tomorrow to be. In this theory of practicing for 15 minutes, he said we get to make our lives better. A key point to remember is if we can’t commit to this time then what we really want isn’t a priority for us.
