Life really is for enjoying, and I always get more than a few laughs whenever I get to host Mark’s monthly shows! He’s always very engaging, and his style is relaxing and inviting.

The theme tonight seemed to be twofold… we got to experience the energies of freedom and awakening/renewal based on what are participants brought forward.

First, Mark and I chatted a bit about his upcoming in-person workshop, Vibrational Success Level 1 Certification, in Irvine California next weekend that will help people work with the energy interrupters in their lives through shifting their vibration through sound. This certification will help people get into a state of coherence, and enhance their connection to their own magnificence; moving them forward in their evolution.

The Courage to Be Free is a small gem of a book – one to be treasured. In it, author Guy Finley doesn’t offer any startling new spiritual insights, but instead lovingly leads us to remember and rediscover our original spiritual birthrights.

The message is that we are born with all the spiritual assets needed to combat the thoughts of fear, worry, and doubt that block our freedom.

Susann kicked off tonight’s call talking about how a lot of us having difficulty assimilating the new energy. The signs of nature (she mentioned the fires near her home) are making us feel things more intensely; as if things are out of control, and we need to cool things down (add water). As the outer world intensifies, we need more information from the higher dimensions to help us with our expansion (to acquire resources to calm our inner selves). She asked us to imagine an hourglass image… as below, so below. It’s important for us to open up and let our feeling world feel the outpouring of the spirit realm, and that we should imagine grace raining over us; letting the wealth fill us.
