Quite a remarkable and powerful session today.
I started the show with a bit of a rant about love (smile)… we talked about how there really are no rules about anything. For example a rule like “bartering indicates that you are in scarcity belief” or the like. The only “rule” (but rule is not the right word) is to be in the energy of love, when in love you are in flow, when in flow you are in abundance, balance and health.
We explored what source energy in 3-dimension life looks like and how to bridge the gap between what we “perceive” to be real and the real with a strong sense of source energy. This was a remarkable insight and powerful experiential moment of source.
We finished with an inspirational session with Patricia, exploring hate and how that shows up in our life while exploring love and how that transforms. Also finding our voice and allowing that voice to show up fully. We practiced using Marianne Williamson famous quote:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. WOW we really “went for it”today.
We started with a session that explored how to feel safe happy ans supported by men. It was powerful and transformative.
Next we released past traumas that have created chronic conditions and allowed us to trust our intuition without punishment AND discovered self forgiveness.
We finished with a deep and connecting visit to our past selves around “playing big” (not small) that resulted in some big openings.

The theme today was “Our Light” finding and discovering our light and the truth of who we are as that divine light.

We explored some physical manifestations and worked with the little younger version of ourselves to hear and understand the emotional challenge that created the physical problems today.
We created moments of using the changes and shifts to insert that into our lives now
We worked with how to bring PLAY into our daily lives.
We played with feeling the feelings of the emotional challenges in a safe way… to experience true freedom.
We found the qualities that we most admire in ourselves did some Meridian Tapping to inculcate them into our bodies AND there was an “Our Qualities Soul Song” too!!

We started with setting the pace… the pace of healing and setting expectations and setting the pace for our life.
Next we ventured down a path of physical ailments letting the body show us what is up and then working with past events to re-pattern them into health and wholeness.
We finished up with identifying a belief related to a physical trauma and again re-patterned a past event. Creating a new vibrational blueprint (a new energy signature that that body can NOW use instead of the previous trauma pattern).
It was a powerful day of shifting and healing.

We explored all aspects of control from controlling with our minds (and releasing that) to how our bodies can use control as a perceived form of protection.
We also revealed how the unconscious is not the enemy or something broken, it is simply a storage facility for the things that would be too challenging for us to experience every minute of every day. The unconscious opens things up to us in the form of patterns and challenges when we are ready to explore it and run with it.

We had three powerful sessions today all themed on being in the body–moving out of the brain/mind/ego and into the body to the land of feelings and trusting those feelings.
First we experimented with breathing and using breath to move into our bodies. We also moved into discovery of what it feels like to be in our minds and then in our bodies and feeling the contrast of that. Grounding.
Next we worked with someone who showed us places in our body where unfinished business, unsaid words got stuck and we were able to get in touch with our little ones and shift into a place of acceptance love and presence. It ended with a toning. Deep and moving.
With our next caller we explored releasing grasping and frustration and moved into living a day in the life of self acceptance. Very powerful.
We finished with a quick dance with the world of what is feels like to love oneself. Profound.

Today we started with an unkind individual at work and found the forgiveness and love for ourselves that helped to dissipate that energy.
Next we explored receiving, and creating the vibrational resonance for receiving and feeling love.
With the third session we explored childhood mis-interpretations and misunderstandings and moved them into a place of balance and knowing.
The fourth session explored why we are here on the planet and how our intentions for this lifetime guide us to be the powerful beings that we are.

The theme appeared to “how to be your most authentic self” and what we discovered is that we already are and it is within us just ready and waiting to be discovered.
