Then we went in a different direction that circled us into a state of deep presence, AND a state of presence FOR US. Not for another but truly for us.

We used animals as a point of access to feel true presence, stillness acceptance, freedom allowing. What non-judgment really is.

Then kept moving into presence — we brought up someone who is bugging us and went to them in this state of presence.

We brought up an incident with them and stayed in this state of presence.

As a by product it created a space for us to have compassion and allowing for them.

We did a little ho’oponopono to inculcate this energy even further.

We did a flute soul song of presence.

Miraculous.

We went into the body, deep into the body the 3-dimensional physical body and honored, loved, appreciated… AND ELEVATED it to a whole new level of being as a result.

We went in an honored each organ in the body, felt how it physiologically supported us and hoe it energetically supported us and connected deeply to the loving support and devotion it gave us.

One of our members from Vancouver, Cathy, assisted us in understanding each organs role to allow us to fully honor it (THANK YOU CATHY).

We honored the spleen and lymphatic system, the pancreas, the gall bladder, liver, duodenum and small intestine, the colon, the kidneys, bladder, all the endocrine organs, the lungs and the crown of the heart.

It was one of the most healing and honoring moments I can remember. We came out of this one different, grounded, whole, aligned and balanced.

It started with one member saying “my body is betraying me” and it is a common deep seated programming that we picked up along the way in response to a trauma or big life event.

So we went into the body itself and had a conversation with that aspect that felt this way… found out why, and allowed it to “retire.”

Then we hung out with the spokesperson for the body itself and committed to a 21 day cycle of being in our bodies… noticing the foods, noticing the good, noticing when we aren’t’ in our bodies…. Just noticing.

The body shared with us how it will tell us when we aren’t in it and is SOOO thrilled that we will be listening to it for the next 21 days. We recorded a “Soul Song of Body Presence,” (found below as a separate download) for you to use each day to bring you more and more into your body over the next 21 days.

In turn, this past week I had played with my own freak outs and with that nudge from the voice mail we dove into this topic.

I shared the revelations I had experienced in discovering the balance, the vibrancy the power of what I now reference as the wholly, holy trinity of the sacred body, the brilliant mind and the powerful heart/feminine.

I was guided how to bring these three valuable aspects of our being into full partnership and communication with each other to then create a new space of absolute understanding, allowing, compassion for ourselves and others.

We practice and played with this and brought in recent “freak outs” to mirror it against. The results were a MUCH deeper experience of allowing and space and forgiveness.

Against the backdrop of the wholly holy trinity were we able to clearly see the habitual patterns of what we came here to play with, and now can access the truth about ourselves and the pattern.

WOW this one went deep!

We went into the discovery process of the aspect of our being that needs to control, that hangs onto fear that “can’t let go and be our authentic self.” This took us on a journey to creating new energetic signatures of safety, support, health, love, acceptance and surrender.

We lived a day in the life of these energetic signatures as if they already existed and bathed in their energetic frequencies.

Then we noticed that this deep seated core energy of control was still there (however had moved from a 10 to around a 3) and honored that place. We asked it what it further needed and then connected it to the support of the sacred chamber. We also opened up the space to allow it to simply play, not change, not get rid of but play and experiment with feeling the highest vibration energies and allowing it to get to know these new vibrant energies over time.

We finished with a soul song of allowing this space of play.

So play now… who would you be if you were in your current situation in surrender, what would it feel like feel support, what would it be like to experience vibrant health even in your body right now?

Then we moved into allowing… out of asking / playing with knowing, allowing showed up. We felt into allowing and trust/faith/gratitude was the energy signature of allowing which opens the space for pure love to shine forth. We moved into this and played with it.

We discussed that the wanting of something was not having it… there is always path to it that results in a final energy signature. In this case we wanted more allowing, the path to that was faith, gratitude and trust, which in turn lead to pure love. WOW!

We then explored transmuted and re-aligned the glitch to allowing… SO POWERFUL!

The next step was a flute Soul Song of allowing, leading into the exploration of the 5th dimensional sacred heart and a voice Soul Song of 5th Dimensional Heart Allowing.

We explored the depths of “being good enough” and playing fully with being in ease and grace with our life.

We found the place of “what if all is well even in the midst of your current life challenge” AND “what is all is well even during my REACTION to that life situation?”

We lightened up into the light (AKA de-light) and opened to new high vibrating possibilities.

We finished with a process that as it turns out one of the participants didn’t really like… and we explored a WONDERFUL conversation about how that is so OK. That you don’t have to like every process I do, in fact you don’t have to like everything presented to you on any front. What if it is OK not to like something and be heard… but the other person doesn’t have has to change to make you happy? We can agree to disagree. That to me is what really peace is. And we shifted into that possibility on this show.

WE CREATE A MULTIDIMENSIONAL FRAMEWORK TO MANIFEST OUR DREAM and opened up trust and faith for it to come to fruition

We started with a deep exploration of what is happening on the planet… of what 2012 is, which lead to a discussion of duality.

Wonderful contributions from members of what they are experiencing and channeling about this time.

It lead us to a journey to the multidimensional aspect of our beings. We felt, explored, experienced, sensed what it is to be our multidimensional selves and how powerful we are. We felt the power of how profoundly creative we are in this multidimensional aspect.

We went on to hold hands in this multidimensional reality with our beautiful community of members and in turn hold hands with our guides and angels and those assisting the planet at this time. We held a space to bless the planet with our intentions of love and peace.

We then went onto bring our multidimensional perceptions and creative power back to our 3-dimensional selves and grant them a wish… a desire (you can grant two more by listening again). We then went through the exercise from Alison Armstrong of “asking for what we need,” and asked for what we needed/wanted… then wrote down:

– What that looked like”
– then explored what that would provide (the god qualities of what it would feel like to have that need accomplished)
– then asked “what did we need in order to receive it… and discovered the “glitch” of trust and faith…

We then went on a body dialog journey to trust and faith and played with “them” until they became the actual twins Trust & Faith who are now creating the platform of trust and faith for our dream to float on, for our god qualities to be expressed.

Then finished with the trust and faith soul song.
