Mary Hall is passionate Healer, H.E.A.R.T, L.E.T. and E.F.T. specialist, Nutrition Counselor, speaker and writer. Mary incorporates these many modalities when working with clients. She is a life empowering “coach” that has many tools at hand to coach her clients from an energetic, cognitive and physical perspective, into health.

On her monthly show, Mary’s remarkable ability to quickly hone in on your subtle energies and the core issues will be available to you each month to guide you gently and in a focused way in a group coaching environment to release blocks and open to the you really in there.

Mary’s perceptions and understanding of the energetic system is profound and intuitive. In fact she has used this intuitive gift to define a new healing paradigm called H.E.A.R.T. The energy was powerful and beautiful on tonight’s call with Mary! Her very presence offered us much inner peace, and her words were full of wisdom and guidance.

The call began with a lot of laughter; thanks to the pre-call conversation. And what a wonderful way to begin! Mary shared with us that laughter is very much a point of reference for all of us, and it allows the healing energies to fully come in.

There are a lot of amazingly powerful energies coming onto the planet now, and many of us may be having “issues” with feeling spacey, or ungrounded. We were told that these feelings are OK. When we tap into these higher frequencies, and we don’t feel “all there”, it’s because we are processing.

It is when we’re clear that we have the power to shift any energy that we may feel is keeping us from progressing. It is all about choice! We need to take ownership of what we want because the greatest reward is the process in doing what our heart’s desire.

What an incredible call we had tonight with Mary!

She was guided to open the call with a very powerful meditation that connected and awakened the signal of abundance energy that lives within us all. We were invited to find how that frequency resonates in our bodies, and invoking our bodies to remember that energy.

Abundance comes from Spirit, and it’s magical and playful. When we notice how abundance feels in our bodies, we are in a better space to imagine what we want as already being here for us. If we are looking for more income, we should play in the energy of creation while removing the dollar signs out of the way because the universe will, and can, deliver us what we want… and even more.

Mary jumped right in to taking participants calls, and, as always, each participant brought concerns to the surface that created the space for the rest of us to clear and move into a more loving, creative space within ourselves.

The theme for tonight’s call seemed to stem from loving ourselves more and forgiving those times when we’re not. Just beautiful!


CONTRIBUTOR: Mary A. Hall – Feb 16 Replay

As always, each caller seemed to add to the previous caller’s “concern”, and we were all shown many moments where we could notice and be the observer of what was showing, and perhaps, see how these same “concerns” may be playing out in our own lives.

We got to play with the energies of not being seen, having to wait for others, and not being heard. When we look at others as the cause of our suffering, we empower them. We’re essentially telling them that it’s okay for them to treat us poorly because, after all, if we choose to love ourselves wholeheartedly then these behaviors probably wouldn’t show up as often, or if they did, our reactions would different. What shows up does so because we’re allowing it.

When we see the root, we are then able to observe the events and people through the eyes of the Divine. And we’ll also be able to release the grip that blame, or guilt, has on us. We are all doing the best we can. We are all doing the best we can.

This is definitely one of those calls that you will want to listen to more than once!
