As the conversation began, Brian spoke with Terry about giving your Self time to be – time to be with yourself, time to play, and to let go rather than constantly be working on your development. Brian made the comparison of working on any given job 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you were to focus on you, 24/7, you’ll inevitably get…

Recap and replay scroll down for player What is the perceived role of potential failure in your life? This theme surfaced early in Brian’s first call of the year, and continued to unfold in layers. We were challenged to shift our mindset about the idea of failure and mistakes, to hold ourselves and others in a much more beautiful and productive energetic space. Though we…

And, tonight continued in that energy as he spoke of the importance of working toward our intentions once we’ve set them, and how by being present and not afraid, we can be aware of what’s coming up on the path, which enables to act not react. When you set your intention,…

Recap and replay (scroll down for player) Would you plant a seed and watch it grow? Maybe dig it up because you couldn’t see anything happening right away? Of course not! This was the theme of Brian’s show tonight. When you attach yourself to things or ideas, you inhibit their growth by holding on so tight. It’s time to let go, let things breathe. The…

No matter what our life circumstances, everyone has lessons to learn and crosses to bear. The associated joys and sorrows are inevitable.
A basic truth is that ultimately the only thing that solves all problems is love. Sometimes the solution is self-love. At other times we need to ask for the love and support of those around us who can…

Spiritual bootcamp is always joyful and fun when we have Brian as our “Drill Sergeant”! He says that he simply calls it like he sees it, but his delivery is always wrapped in love because he truly wants the best for all of us! Tonight’s call was again very empowering and just what we all needed.
As long as we believe that we need certain things in order to be happy or fulfilled, we close ourselves off to the infinite resources and possibilities that are available to us all the time. Only when we recognize and honor the value of what we have to offer can we then begin to see life differently.
It is only when we let go of the fear do we truly begin living!

All that we want to know already exists within us… and trusting our inner knowing was the powerful theme that came forward on tonight’s call with Brian.
He reminded us to do the things that bring us joy, and if we find ourselves in a place that isn’t joyful, we should go to our hearts. For joy is within our hearts, and being consciously connected to this sacred space will keep us invested in those things that make us feel good. The longer we stay in situations that seem unpleasant, the longer it will be for us to get out, or let go. Sometimes, the only way out is for us to move through the fear… and let go.
This was truly a powerful call, and we’re so thankful to Brian and all the participants who came forward to assist all of us on our journey to greater discovery.

Brian and Jennifer opened tonight’s call discussing a TED Talk (see video below) with composer, Eric Whitacre, and how he is walking his purpose by inspiring, uplifting, and connecting people through his music. Brian shared a quote from the talk…
Human beings will go to any length to connect with one another. It doesn’t matter the technology.
We simply need to follow the inspiration, and allow it to guide us. Follow our hearts… and walk towards our desires while nurturing and caring for ourselves in the process.
What we must understand is that we are all love, and loved, and we are all worthy of the best that life has to offer us. We must believe in this truth and it will be so.
This was a beautiful call that offered so much to all of us.

This call was all mini readings and what awesome insights Brian brought to everyone.
Before Brian dove into the sessions, he offered us beautiful words of wisdom. We were encouraged to accept our humanity. Those moments in life when we’re in fear, doubt, or anger. That now was the time for us to choose how we want to participate in in the world because who we are is what we’ll get in return. Attitude is just as important as altitude (the higher levels we want to achieve). He also told us that once we’re a martyr that it’s really hard to help others because we’re down on our knees with them. When we stand tall and uplift ourselves, we also help others stand up.
Another fantastic call filled with a lot of laughter!

When we see our lives moving in a new direction, we need to be patient with the process. This seemed to be the common theme for all of the participants on tonight’s call with Brian! Moving forward in patience…
He shared that the Dao teaches us that everything has its own nature… its own season. This truth relates to our jobs and our relationships with ourselves and others. When we resist, the things we don’t like will only persist. It’s time for us to do for ourselves, but also allow ourselves to be inspired by others. Balance.
This was a wonderful call that held so much for all of us!

Are you subscribing to conventional wisdom (what the masses believe), or are you flowing with the truth that lies within you? This was the recurring theme for tonight’s call with Brian.
We chatted a little, before we started taking calls, about New Year’s resolutions, and Brian said he doesn’t do them. Why? He believes that every day is a day that we can make anew, so setting resolutions for “what has yet to happen” only takes us out of the present moment. Which is all that matters. He said we should observe then change what is right now because any importance we give something will only make it more significant in our lives.

Tonight’s call opened with Brian talking about how no one is immune to growth. He said when we’re in our emotions of fear, or “craziness”, we often cannot see the toolbox (of healing modalities) sitting right next to us. He said when we’re in these moments, we get to see the value of forgiveness (of others and self), and we will also know when to not take things personally. He said if we’re with people who love us, and who we trust, we will find that it’s easier to shift our energies and get back to the present. We need to choose to go back to the center, but we must first not deny ourselves the experience of the emotions. However, it’s key to not BE the emotions. We must learn to hold dominion over our feelings.

Brian brought up a very good example of what we can do with what shows up in our lives. A recent interaction with someone gave him an opportunity to move through the reactions of his mind, and move into his heart. When we feel triggered by someone, it is through our observation that we find compassion. When we do, the charge/trigger goes away because we chose to go deeper and allow spirit to guide us. Oftentimes, when we’re judging others, we do so because we’re hurt. The good news is we’re never a guru… we’re learning like everyone else through these wonderful experiences.

When we don’t have clarity about what we want, we receive unclear results. When we don’t value ourselves, we attract people and circumstances that don’t value us. When we look to others for answers, we give away our power.

It seemed that the common theme/message that all the participants received was to be yourself. We don’t need permission or others to give us validation or affirmation about the choices we make for ourselves. Live authentically, and your life will be better because of it.

He chatted a little about some issues that have been coming up this week about authenticity, integrity, and hypocrisy debates. He said that when these issues come up, we all want to be peaceful people. Even though he lives his live from the Tao, he is human, and sometimes stuff just “pisses him off”. Sometimes, he feels wrong for being angry because he doesn’t think it’s very spiritual, but when you’re passionate about something and your dander is up, you’re going to get angry.

Brian started the call by speaking about bridging the gap between business and spirituality. He made it clear that it wasn’t advisable to change who we are for the sake of business. That it’s important for us to hold on to our truth and integrity and come from choice versus effect when following our guidance.

He spoke of being responsible and advised callers to stop giving their power away, and how we create our own reality through our thoughts and beliefs (quoted Jane Roberts, author of “The Nature of Personal Reality”).
Although, we may be frightened, we must make a choice to be committed to our life’s purpose, and The Universe will move mountains for us.

Today the theme was a dual one but that are very much connected to one another POWER and PURPOSE. Claiming your power finding the part of you that is powerful and creating the vibrational blue print then trusting what show up.
We also talked about purpose that it does not represent what you do but who you are when you are doing. there is a specific phrase whic is part of the contest questions… so look for that.
