We had a really good time playing tonight with Susann, and learned more about how we can best live a soul-directed life.

We got to play in the energy of seeing everything that shows up for us from a place of love. Using a simple mantra, “This is love.”, we experienced profound peace and oneness with all that is.

Susann told us that our soul level patterns come up through the feeling nature of the subconscious to reveal themselves, and that we should embrace what shows up in love.

The key is to be mindful for what we ask the Universe for… be specific of the qualities of spirit we want to attract, and that is exactly what we will receive!

What a magical time we had tonight with Susann! She shared a wonderful aha where we all stopped and felt just how vast the portal we’re in at this point in time really is. There is a huge universe working with us, and it’s here to reunite us with everything we’ve always known which is the truth. But many of us have made life complicated when it’s really very simple if we would but change how we perceive it. We should keep our eye on the ball and the larger perspective of our vision and Divine plan.

Our Divine plan isn’t about us making choices between Plan A or Plan B. We are limitless beings who can choose Plan C… we can have it all! We’re being called to soar and shine and be our greater expanded self now.

Stay on track. Don’t limit what we want. Do what brings us more joy and happiness. And keep opening the doors!

We always learn so much more about ourselves and what we can do to be more fully present in this life whenever Susann joins us!

One of the greatest gifts we have is our intuition, and Susann said that it’s only a breath away because it’s already very much a part of our natural being. Any guidance that we need is right here in every moment. Simply reflecting on our lives, we’ll clearly see all the times where we were being soul-directed, but our level of awareness didn’t allow us to see those moments for the gifts that they were.

What a fantastic call we had tonight with Susann!

She talked about the significance of today since it’s the beginning of a new Mayan cycle called the 9th Wave of Consciousness, and what it means to humanity. Susann told us that this cycle is bringing in the energy of success which is something that’s been showing up for her lately. It’s about co-creation and unity consciousness! How exciting!

She invited us to think of a time when we really felt successful… like our first steps as a babe; the first time we rode our bikes without training wheels; or our first day going to school (as a “big kid”). Oftentimes, we hang out too much in our heads, and really rack our brains thinking of only those successes, or lack thereof, we’ve experienced in adulthood, but we forget about those other little treasures that propelled us forward.

What does success feel like… in your heart? Tap into the success of our souls coming into physical form! What a momentous occasion that was!

Abundance, joy, and greatness can be ours when we’re congruent with our purpose. These things will show up. What a beautiful message to receive right from the start, and how it was to hang out with Susann at a special time today. The second Wednesday of every month at 4 PM Pacific is her regular show date, but she graciously arranged her schedule so we could experience the profound and incredible sound healings of Sound Vibration Week 2011.

It was really great being with Susann tonight, and interestingly enough, what she’s been working on with herself, also presented itself in what the participants brought to the table. Susann shared that she’s been playing with land mines. Not those land mines, but the old parts of herself that didn’t want to expand.

She told us that these old parts are our creations. They’re those aspects of ourselves that we created in order to protect ourselves, or to stay small… either in a past life, or in this one.

Fear is a lower vibration, and we experience it when we are no longer mindful of staying in alignment with our heart’s desires. Fear shows up when we allow ourselves to get sucked into mass consciousness.

Once we allow our hearts to lead us, we’ll fully comprehend that we will never be led astray.

This was a truly heartfelt and heart-inspiring call tonight. We explored what it means to live from the Sacred Heart and love and honor ourselves.

Susann said when we wear our hearts on our sleeves, this center is then open and vulnerable, not to the outside world, but to spirit. We need to understand that our emotions aren’t bad… when we experience them, it’s just a sign that we’re in a place of allowing our hearts to stay open.

Tonight’s theme was about self-love and acceptance… at the soul’s level. There was a pre-call discussion about this topic, and it fittingly showed up during the call with the participants.

Susann told us that if we’re not connect to a larger love, self-love becomes paralyzing where we don’t know which way to turn. We find ourselves in the midst of an emotional turmoil. But acceptance and love go together.

There’s nothing “woo woo” about Susann, but man, does she get us thinking, on a soul level, about why we’re really here. Susann told us when we’re not living a soul-directed life, we hold ourselves back from our magnificence… our purpose. And we stop being true to ourselves. She said, “Reunion with the Divine is our purpose, but it’s the embodiment of the reunion that is our fulfillment.”

So, what exactly does reuniting with the Divine mean? She said we’re always connected, but there are parts of us that we hold in separation. It’s these parts that we’re looking to reconnect.

It’s really our separation with human consciousness that sticks us; that makes things “hard” for us to deal with. But when we look at these “hard times” with detachment, and see the disconnect, we can then reframe our thinking and focus our attention on the positive.

Susann kicked off tonight’s call talking about how a lot of us having difficulty assimilating the new energy. The signs of nature (she mentioned the fires near her home) are making us feel things more intensely; as if things are out of control, and we need to cool things down (add water). As the outer world intensifies, we need more information from the higher dimensions to help us with our expansion (to acquire resources to calm our inner selves). She asked us to imagine an hourglass image… as below, so below. It’s important for us to open up and let our feeling world feel the outpouring of the spirit realm, and that we should imagine grace raining over us; letting the wealth fill us.
