What a real treat it was to have Jonathan as a guest again, and end this year’s event on a really high note!

We learned that Jonathan started his journey in the late 70s while playing in a rock back at a seaside bar in Massachusetts. During one of their shows, he saw that there was an ambiance of negativity and violence in the audience. In that moment, he wondered if music could be used to help people feel good. It was then that his life shifted. It was the dissonance that created his shift towards harmony.

Jonathan said that anyone can experience higher states of blissful transcendence because the true sound of healing is love.

Jonathan believes that as we evolve in our consciousness, we’ll find that sound will open up fields where we will be able to travel further in space and time. He also encouraged us to create an energy that is pure and good. Find what resonates then do that daily.

The one word that comes to mind to describe tonight’s call with Diáne is sacred. The sound healing that we experienced was insightful, transformative, and absolutely exquisite.

She called the bowls the grandfather of all sound modalities and referred to their harmonics as an internal opiate, or natural pain killer. When working with clients, Diáne uses a lot of sacred geometric patterns that are most effective for that person’s condition/issue. It is also through the sound of the bowls that she learns about what is out of alignment. Dissonance tells her what areas of that person’s life need balance while harmony let’s her know that all is complete… and in tune.

Tonight’s call is the first in the 2nd Annual Sound Vibration Week on MasterWorks Healing Member Site, and we could think of no better way to begin the series than with one of our very own, Mark Romero!

Entrainment is when one individual comes forward, and in that “yes” shifts the entire soul group. Mark also added that one person, one song, one note can entrain us all in shifting in this moment. There is no separation, and that we are all an expression of life. He said that humanity runs through us all, and we’re at a very interesting time right now. We need to remember that we are made from the same energy that also created the stars and planets.

This is a time for remembrance. It’s time for us to be the embodiment of our godliness; we are divine in expression. The time has come for us to reclaim our unlimited potential.

We were told to put to rest those tools that have caused too much effort, and to use what we’ve created as an essence. What this means is we should look lightly at all the layers without judgment.

We know that our instincts take over whenever something shows up, but we also know that we have a choice to understand these instincts and choose a better way of being. There is always an opportunity for us to go deeper, whenever our instincts kick in, for us to understand the masculine and feminine. The opportunity is there to help us eclipse our caveman and cavewoman ways and live with greater compassion.

Something as simple as saying a person’s name whenever we’re out and about (in restaurants, grocer stores, etc.) can make a world of difference to them… and to us!

So many roles get crossed between men and women where being a Provider Protector is concerned, and it’s amazing that we get along with one another at all. A lot of our interactions are instinctual, but they don’t have to be. Once we understand and learn to manage our instincts, we can then choose something different for ourselves that will allow us to have the victory of the human experience.

As women, we can be comforted knowing that the men in our lives are doing great things… for us!

This week, Jennifer and her Man Panel chatted about criticism and the difference between how men and women react to it.

Criticism is something we all deal with in our daily lives. Men, who are single focused, are internally motivated. They have a strong sense of self, and they are inspired by the instincts. They are not distracted by the task at hand. Women, who are diffuse aware, are internally motivated. They tend to consider all facets of their environment… they take in everything that is going including what they think of themselves, and what others think of them.

Men are fortunate to have 4 layers of defense while women have none. With this truth, women can choose to come from human spirit, recognizing the cavewoman in them who’s reacting to the facts, and choose a healthier response.

This was a wonderful call that offered valuable insights to help us all in our daily interactions with the people in our lives!

So, what did Jennifer and her Man Panel chat about today? Chemistry, chemistry, and more chemistry! What exactly is chemistry? It’s the reaction we go into whenever we’ve seen, or met, “our type”. It’s when our bodies have gone into “gotta have it” mode, and we lose our minds. It’s when we’re so crazed in that moment, that we are no longer ourselves. That’s chemistry.

Chemistry is triggered when we discover in the other person indications of good biology and reproductive immortality.

A key question to ask ourselves is Do I love me when I’m with him/her? The answer will determine whether we’re reacting, or responding to this person.

The man panel then shared some wonderful insights that really added to the call!

Safety… There is a rather big difference between how women and men experience safety in any given moment. Oftentimes, we move into cavewoman and caveman mode without moving into the place of seeing a situation through the eyes of the human spirit. This is not wrong; it’s merely instinctual for us to close down whenever we are not feeling safe. However, when we’re in the space of human spirit, we then experience an enhanced quality of life.

Men experience safety on a different level, and the amazing man panel had a lot to share about this. Whenever a man doesn’t feel safe, he can become frustrated, angry, or annoyed because he may feel that he cannot produce the right results to “resolve the problem”. For men, respect and trust are critical; to them, it is the same as physical safety is to women.

It was really fantastic listening to the man panel share their experiences with us again!

Safety… There is a rather big difference between how women and men experience safety in any given moment. Oftentimes, we move into cavewoman and caveman mode without moving into the place of seeing a situation through the eyes of the human spirit. And Elizabeth said the merging will take place this year as we become consistent in raising our vibrations to be a vehicle for the Divine. This consistency will stem from the recognition that we have a critical part to play. She said as we say, “Yes!”, we gain spiritual protection from the angelic realms because they become more invested in us. We’re saying yes to being the anchor of the higher energies coming down, and with this spiritual protection comes greater resources and personal energies to accomplish our life paths.

With this knowingness, we will be empowered to be more grace in the world.

Anna-Maria returned for the second year, and she told us that she’s been thinking about 2011 since October of last year. She said that it seems to appear as a new being; a renewed spirit, and she offered us a some lovely imagery of a wedding where we will be uniting all aspects of ourselves and all that we want to take on. We were told to put to rest those tools that have caused too much effort, and to use what we’ve created as an essence. What this means is we should look lightly at all the layers without judgment.

2011 is the calm after the storm because previous years had us restless and in uncertainty. It’s time for us to claim our creation…

He said it is the measurement of consciousness, or cycles, that influence us at any given time. It is the bigger picture. He said the purpose of astrology is to understand this influence, and also to recognize that although it is the foundation of who we are, we have the free will as to how we’ll move during these cycles.

Amethyst talked about how working with sound breaks up areas that are dense or stuck. That using sound clears that space and attunes it to a certain vibrational frequency with intention. When we do this, we’re sound smudging the space. A smudge is when we use a sacred plant or tool to clear a space.

This time we explored the caring vs. non caring mind. It was an amazing experience of seeing and experiencing the extreme opposites of ourselves that actually lead us into a place of middle keeping our attention on the extremes to discover the “middle way”

We also explored using the emotions through the left side of the triangle of the human self. Using the emotions to fully feel them and “burn through” the emotions that leads to the more transcendent self.
