Be willing to step back from the need to control. Being highly self-critical with yourself puts you in an
energy that is like a ‘hall monitor’ with those in your family (and sets the stage for them to rebel).
Note: All expectations lead to disappointment. So shift back to an empathic harmonizer. Release and
connect to joy, laughter, balance and a cohesive energy of self-love, and compassion while nurturing your
present relationships.

— Wanted to know what 2023 has for her —
First reflect on the beginning of 2022 and what you originally desired and take inventory on all four areas,
physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. From your reflection of 2022, now pivot to your new powerful
desires for 2023 in all four areas. Look at what inspires you. What creates playful energy and lights you
up while finding ways to be physically grounded: dance, play, hike, run, go to the beach, or be in nature
and deep grounding breath.

— She has a company and product that has been growing, but enough to fully support her and family —
Shift into happiness, joy and personal freedom. The expanded access point of feeling fully supported.
If you continue to carry thoughts “I need enough to pay the bills”… the universe will say “YES.”
So it’s important to shift to cultivate a joyful love affair with money. Having more fun seeing yourself fully
experiencing and having all you need and require. Envision and attract seeing yourself in an oversupply
to meet your joyful fullness and lifestyle in all four areas in life, fully overflowing and in full receptivity.

Trusting the tempo of your soul. Being present to yourself while helping and supporting others is a win/win
as you hold integrity with yourself. Utilize and develop your leadership skills, while releasing your
expectations. This allows you to hold a true unified goal with harmony for the community.
