CONTRIBUTOR: Keri Fulmore – June 22, 2022 REPLAY

Keri Fullmore

Keri spoke about emotional inflammation. She took us through an intuitive meditation that takes us to the root of what is slowing us down from accessing our life, whether it’s health, money, or something else, you will be able to address it with this process. Prepare to access your heart!

Emotions can stimulate inflammation; the idea of “feeling inflamed” is often at the root.

There are 4 types of people in emotional expression.

  1. Excess worry, anxiousness, and fear, triggered by uncertainty in their own life or even globally. This creates big stress in the body and even revved up energy in the body.

    A few tips for thyroid…
    1) Make sure you are sleeping 8 hours per night (unplugging electronics.
    2) Drink enough water.
    3) Eat a whole foods anti-inflammatory diet.
    4) Frankincense is great for the thyroid opens spiritually and emotionally by putting it on the throat.
    5) If you have Hashimoto’s and watch how much iodine can create nodules… keep track of numbers. If you have heart racing or nodules, come off of iodine.

  2. Over function in crisis… they fill their time and mind with distractions like jobs. They are problem solvers, keeping their hands in many things, eventually leading to burnout or bad decisions. Can cause chronic stress and inflammation.
  3. Fueled by outrage and anger in chronic ways. React in anger quite quickly, holding pain or trauma, and triggers come through as anger.

  4. Someone who withdraws in a crisis… heated emotion and you walk away, don’t speak, and can leave to agoraphobia. Food, hoarding, and addiction often follow.

It’s important to get quiet with ourselves and ask, “What do we need to look at in ourselves and life, and what should we give our energy to?” The best way to move through these is through intuition. Asking into body and intuition what emotional charge is here.

The session work was amazing and included:

— Overcoming feeling disconnected from my body. Childhood challenges and self-pressure interfere with sleep and create a stress response, therefore not living fully in the body. Can be balanced with progesterone – pumpkin seeds are great for that, plus adding vitamin C-rich foods, and evening primrose oil.

— Issues with thyroid and swelling on the left side of the neck. A gluten-free diet is so important. The initial trigger might have been food poisoning. Recommends going on Thyroid by standard process. Adding sea vegetables. And the lymphatic system has a hard time draining. Essiac tea might help move and drain the lymphatic.

— Challenges with dryness after Lasik surgery. Hearing to get to a Chinese medicine doctor to get the herbs to help. Also, the herb Schisandra is an anti-inflammatory and helps production and holding in the fluids. Astragalus can help bring energy up to eyes. Simalasan homeopathic drop has belladonna in it to help with the eye. 2capsule 2X per day to help saturate the inflammation.

— Fungal candida overgrowth and thyroid issues. FC Cidal, Candida Stop (in Canada). It’s important with this is to be kinder to yourself.

Next month, Keri is launching an intuitive spiritual emotional detox. Stay tuned for that!

About Keri Fulmore

After suffering from severe genetic migraines in childhood, a doctor told Keri that it was incurable and would be a lifelong issue. A deep inner voice loudly said “NO” and guided her to how to heal it. That voice continues to this day and is here now guiding her clients on what actions to take to heal.

Keri studied Traditional Chinese, herbalism and immersed herself in a deep apprenticeship of Native American healing practices. Keri is also a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner.

Keri can “hear” what’s happening inside a person’s body and the body shares with her the causes of illness. Keri is quickly able to help individuals access the root cause of their health imbalances. She is also able to blend intuition with holistic health sciences tuning into the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of the inner road map for balanced health.
