Spontaneous Transformation Technique – November 23, 2022 REPLAY
We dove right into session work and our first caller shared how she is truly living from: ”Life is here for me” and further, “it is past an inkling.” We finally get to resolve the losses of the past and live fully now from the healing we have had through the years
Session 2: Working on releasing trapped emotions. So long on my own. Coping skills is to bury everything, continued through adult life in an abusive marriage. Trauma with children. Triggers are buried. We moved into, “What if I was completely healed?” And see that we are no longer those past incidents we are now moving into light and freedom.
Session 3: Going through transitions, what serves me no longer serves me; trust and receiving. Many of us are moving into, “Not giving as many f’s…” living now from Wisdom. Moving into, “I trust the process.” “It doesn’t matter as much.” And now into: “Something is going to happen, I don’t know what it is… and I’m ok anyway.”
Session 4: By myself for Thanksgiving… since my husband passed. Family has rejected her. Friends are traveling. Time to trust our path and find a new community.
Session 5: Starting a business with healing and coaching in personal development. Scared of being visible. Coached into identifying her niche by who she was when she changed. And claiming: “I am a powerful being that becomes more powerful the more I am seen.”
Then the speed reading was so powerful and continued the theme of, “We have arrived and get to create anew from this new energy we have created.”
