Overthinking became the focus of what to change in 2023… Stop overthinking. Change the way you talk to yourself. Be kinder to yourself. Live from the present and not from fear (fear is the past or future). Live much, much more in the moment this year.
Challenge your thoughts… for example, thoughts like: “I am so lazy.” Stop and ask, “Am I really lazy?” It’s not really real, so get to what’s real. Identifying those fears by being in the moment of fear and really evaluating and addressing the fear (and that may even be false)…

Many peeps are sharing that, “OMG, the world is going so fast, it’s sped up, how to keep up…” Dee asked the channel about this.
The channel said that time is NOT speeding up… Dee asked why it feels that way…why are we overwhelmed?
Time appears to be going faster because for us, we are always living in the future… more things are being created now and in the future. Time warp happens when we are not living in the present moment. Many of us are in fear that we won’t create enough so we are now creating more and more (almost too much).

What a beautiful session with Jennifer… wow, healing after healing occurred.
The dominant theme was “trusting your soul’s journey.”
Guidance brought in over and over again for members to ask: “What if I trusted my souls’ journey?” to allow a new energy in.
This moved the energy from a mind-oriented infrastructure of what is “has to be,” and instead, to an open, creative manifestation energy of the souls intention (which is ALWAYS much better than anything the mind can think of).
And there was also an emphasis on putting energy into what you are wanting… “I don’t know,” “I’m not sure,” “I can’t think of anything,” does not target or direct the energy. So when you think of “What do I want?”, then have a real answer. If you don’t have an answer, that is your next step, to get that answer… then put your full energy and actions into that.

One of the many messages we received tonight was this… we’re all being tested to force ourselves into the energy shift from creating something to being the creation. Dee told us that clarity is equal to not fighting, struggling, or having the need to conquer because when we’re in that space, we unconsciously tell ourselves that we don’t know we’re creation. It’s our knowing that keeps us in joy! We really shouldn’t make things so hard. When we’re in the business of our creation, we need to pay attention to these questions, “How do you want to create you?” and “How are you creating you?”
